All items are packaged with care and ship Royal mail first class or international standard delivery. This is not a tracked service. You can upgrade if you wish.

Packaging and posting costs  £5.00 per parcel.

Although the first class service is supposed to only take a day,  I cannot guarantee this will be the case and don't accept responsibility for their services.

 

Overseas 

Packages will  be priced separately according to the country.

Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is important to me, so I do not use the information you provide on this site to learn any more about your other than what is required to fulfill your order or offer you services such as new alerts.

 

Email Usage

Monica Palmer uses your email address as a convenient way to contact you about your order. From time to time, we may update you on relevant news or promotions, but only with your permission. We will not pass your details on to any other relevant third parties.

 

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by Monica Palmer. By placing your order with me you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.

 

Pricing, Payments and Delivery

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on my website. All of our prices are in England. You will be billed in Pounds Sterling and if you purchase from outside the United Kingdom, currency fluctuations and charges may make a difference to the amount billed. We will aim to deliver all goods within 4-6 weeks if out of stock. Where delivery times are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

Our Complete Satisfaction Promise

Monica Palmer guarantees your total satisfaction with her products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to me within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to offer you either an exchange or full refund minus any postage costs, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Bespoke and engraved items: these pieces are special orders, which means that the item will be made or customized especially for you, because of this, these pieces of jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

 

Returning an Item

When you return your items to us, please ensure that you enclose your name and address and whether you require a refund or an exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel and send it back to Monica Palmer using the address on the delivery note.

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. A prompt refund will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

 

Contract for Sale

The advertising of products on this site is an “invitation to treat”. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Monica Palmer, so prices and stock availability will not be contractually confirmed until you receive the confirmation of order email dispatched once payment has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Monica Palmer, on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Monica Palmer will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitute a legal representation on behalf of them.

 

Receipt of Order

Monica Palmer must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your payment has been authorised and stock is checked by Monica Palmer, she will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records. Monica Palmer reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.

 

Cancellations and Exchanges

If you realize you made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us. Since we dispatch quickly it may not be possible to stop your order so in those instances please follow the instructions for “returning an item”. Exchanges work in the same way. If you need your exchange to be processed quickly, it will be faster for you to claim a refund on a product by following the instructions “returning an item”, and meanwhile place another order for the item you require.

 

Defective and Damaged Items

If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered please contact me within 10 days. The faulty item will need to be returned to me by post to the returns address on the delivery note.

Monica Palmer will work to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors, incorrect prices or information. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. I am also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused. If you are not satisfied with the site, then please email me with your comments. However, your only legal recourse is to stop using the site.

 

Cool Off Period

Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund.

 

Customer Responsibility

Monica Palmer cannot guarantee that the safe delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is permissible, so please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions.

This site and its contents will not constitute the basis for any contractual commitment between Monica Palmer and any prospective customer in any jurisdiction in which the solicitation of interest or the offering of or sale of products by Monica Palmer would contravene any applicable local, regional or national legislation. No prospective customer should seek to make any order through the site from jurisdictions in which it would be illegal for Monica Palmer to sell products.

 

Legal Governance

Your use of this site and any contract between you and Monica Palmer for the sale of products shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provision.
